HOURS OF OPERATION

 

The food pantry is open every Tuesday (1st four Tuesdays of the month) and one Saturday out of the month. Hours of operation: 10 a.m to 11:30 a.m.

 

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

 

All first time visitors need a Valid photo I.D and proof of residency at the time of service.

This particular pantry serves the 45212 zip code.

The table listed below shows yearly gross income for each family size.  If your household income is at or below the income listed for the number of people in your household and you reside in the 45212 zip code; you are eligible to receive free food at the Zion UCC Food Pantry once a month.  You must present I.D. and proof of residence each time you visit our pantry. Proof of residence can be a copy of a utility bill or  phone bill, a rent receipt, copy of lease etc.

Special thanks to our monthly supporters:   Holy Trinity Catholic Church, the Norwood Business & Professional Women’s Club, New City Presbyterian Church, New Haven Missionary Baptist Church, Norwood Christian Church, and Trinity Pentecostal Church for their donations.

 

We received a number of food and personal care items from members of Zion UCC, as well as one member of Holy Trinity. 

 

We continue to need personal care items, such as shampoo, toothpaste, tooth brushes, tissues, hand soap, hand sanitizer, etc., as well as canned spinach and mixed vegetables.   Any donated items can be dropped off Mondays and Thursdays from 10 – 11:00 AM, or Tuesdays during pantry hours 9:30 to 11:30.  However, if you are unable to drop off during those hours, please send us an email and we will schedule a more convenient time.

 

Total amount received from donations for August:  $1,275.00.
